1. Shipping Countries

We ship worldwide, including:

– United Kingdom
– Switzerland

– New Zealand
– Additional countries on request

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1–2 business days.
Custom-made or 3D-printed parts may require additional production time. If this applies, we will inform you during checkout or shortly after your order.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Germany:
2–4 business days

European Union:
3–7 business days

United Kingdom & Switzerland:
4–9 business days

United States:
7–14 business days (standard)
5–8 business days (priority)

Canada & Australia:
10–20 business days (standard)
7–12 business days (priority)

Rest of World:
10–28 business days depending on region and customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or seasonal peak periods.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:
– destination country
– package weight
– package size

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

We offer two service levels for most international destinations:
Standard International Shipping
Priority / Expedited International Shipping


5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping cost.
They must be paid by the customer upon import and are not refundable.

Customs authorities may inspect international shipments. This process can delay delivery, and we cannot influence the duration of customs clearance.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Paying all customs, duties, or import taxes
  • Providing correct information to local customs authorities
  • Accepting the shipment once it reaches the destination country

Packages returned to us because customs fees were not paid or because delivery was refused or unclaimed will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Note:
Most small replacement parts are classified as low-value items and usually clear customs without additional fees, especially in the USA, Canada, and Australia.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct.
We are not responsible for delays or returned shipments caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Returned packages due to an incorrect address can be reshipped after payment of a new shipping fee.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@mybeetle.eu.

We will open an investigation with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Replacements or refunds will be handled individually depending on the case and carrier feedback.


8. Returned Shipments (Unclaimed / Refused / Customs Issues)

If a shipment is returned to us because:

  • the package was unclaimed,
  • the address was incorrect,
  • customs fees were not paid, or
  • delivery was refused,

a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
If you want the item reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.


9. Tracking Information

Most international shipments include tracking.
Tracking information may update only once the shipment reaches the destination country.
During customs transit, tracking updates may pause for several days — this is normal.
