Return Policy / Right of Withdrawal
1. Right to Cancel (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g., email).
2. International Returns (Non-EU Customers)
For customers outside the European Union (including USA, Canada, Australia, UK), we offer a voluntary 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
Items must be:
- unused
- undamaged
- in original condition
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process the refund within 14 days.
For EU customers, we will refund the standard delivery costs originally paid.
For non-EU customers, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Individually manufactured 3D-printed parts
